2019 (Track): Had a record-breaking senior season on the track, shattering UW records in the 10,000-meters and the indoor 5,000-meters, winning the Pac-12 Championship at 10,000-meters and placing third at the NCAA Outdoor Championships β¦ earned First Team All-America for the first time in her final collegiate race, taking third in the NCAA Outdoor final in Austin, Texas, running 33:17.81 to match the best finish ever by a Husky in the event β¦ captured her first Pac-12 title at the championships in Tucson, winning the 10k in a time of 33:31.30 in a race that finished well after midnight β¦ advanced through NCAA West Prelims with a third-place finish in 33:40.80 β¦ went to No. 5 in UW history in the outdoor 5,000m with a time of 15:41.36 at the Payton Jordan Invite β¦ also ran a 15:43.33 time at the Cardinal Classic to win the invitational section β¦ cruised to a win at the UW-WSU Dual in the 5k in 16:30.95 β¦ opened her outdoor season by breaking the UW school record in the 10k by over 30 seconds, running 32:20.84 at the Stanford Invitational β¦ that 10k time ranked her fourth in Pac-12 Conference history β¦ ran her first indoor season as a Husky and made it a successful one, breaking the indoor school record at 5,000-meters by 14 seconds with a run of 15:40.53 at the Husky Classic ... competed at her first NCAA Indoor Championships and finished 12th in the 5,000-meters in 16:06.38 ... earned Second Team All-America honors indoors.
2017-18 (Track): Redshirted the track season after an injuryΒ ... came back to compete unattached late in the spring, setting new PRs in the 5k and 1,500m ... ran a 5,000mΒ career-best of 15:48.42 at the Portland Track Festival ... followed that up with a 1,500m best of 4:17.80 at the Stumptown Twilight Meet in Portland ... (Cross Country): Ran second or third for the Huskies at every race to help UW finish 21st at the NCAA Championships β¦ was the second Husky finisher at NCAAs in Louisville, finishing 130th overall in 20:57 β¦ placed 44th at the NCAA West Regional Championships, third on the team, in 20:44 β¦ the third Husky finisher at the Pac-12 Championships running 19:38 to finish 27th β¦ a strong race at Wisconsin Invite, taking 43rd overall in the large field in 20:34, second on the team β¦ the second Husky finisher at the Dellinger Invite in 19:32, 14 overall β¦ opened the season with a third-place finish at the Sundodger Invite in 20:39 β¦ a Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention.
2016-17 (Track):Β A breakthrough outdoor season as she stepped up to the 10,000-meters for the first time and advanced to her first NCAA Outdoor Championship finals in Eugene β¦ in the NCAA Outdoor 10k final, she finished 12th-placeΒ in 33:49.61 to earn All-America Second Team honors ... in her first ever 10k at the Pac-12 Championships, despite cold conditions and several downpours, she finished fourth in 33:35.19, going to No. 6 on the Husky top-10 list β¦ at the NCAA West Prelims in Austin, in sweltering humidity, she finished 10th in the 10k in 34:58.88 to move on to the NCAA finals β¦ also finished 10th in the 5,000-meters at the Pac-12 Championships the day after her 10k, in 16:21.96 β¦ ran a 1,500-meters PR at the OSU High Performance Meet in 4:21.30 β¦ easily won the 3,000-meters at the UW-WSU Dual in 9:25.89, the seventh-best time in school history β¦ got her season going at the Stanford Invitational where she ran 16:16.36 for 5k after she had not competed during the indoor track season ... a Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention and USTFCCCA All-Academic pick ...Β (Cross Country):Β Came on strong during the championship part of the season in her first fall as a Husky, scoring in the Husky top-five at all three championship races β¦ helped the Huskies finish 12th at the NCAA Championships by crossing third on the team, her highest finish of the year, with a 109th-place overall finish in Terre Haute in 20:52 β¦ was the No. 5 Husky finisher at both the Pac-12 Championships and West Regional Championships, helping UW finish second at both meets, as she was 28th at the Pac-12 meet and 29th at Regionals β¦ had an impressive victory in the Open Race at the Wisconsin Invitational, taking the win in 21:05 β¦ finished 22nd overall at the Washington Invitational in 20:41, ninth on the squad β¦ was the sixth Husky in uniform to finish at the Sundodger, placing ninth, in 21:00.
2016 (Track): Joined the team at the start of the outdoor season and quickly made a big impact at several distances, especially in the 3,000m steeplechase β¦ in her first steeple as a Husky, ran the No. 3 time in school history, going 10:02.00 to take second at the Pepsi Team Invitational at Hayward Field β¦ qualified for the NCAA West Preliminaries, taking 17th out of the 48 entries in the steeplechase with a time of 10:20.74 β¦ scored at her first Pac-12 Championships, running the 5,000-meters, and taking eighth in a time of 16:23.11 β¦ set her 5k PR at the Stanford Invitational, running 16:04.79, a time that would have qualified for West Prelims β¦ first race as a Dawg was a PR in the 1,500-meters as she took sixth in the 1,500m at the Pac-12 vs Big Ten Invite in 4:22.40 ... prior to joining Washington in the spring of 2016, competed back home in Australia, andΒ set a South Australian Open State Record and the ninth-fastest steeplechase time in Australian history with a 10:05.69 run at the IAAF Melbourne World Challenge in March, finishing fourth.
2015 (Cross Country at St. John's): The top runner for the Red Storm for the second straight year, leading the team at the Big East Championships with a 29th-place finish, and leading at the NCAA Northeast Regional in 30th-place ... finished her fall with a victory at the IC4A/ECAC Cross Country Championships, running 18:03 for 5k ... also won the title at the St. John's Fall XC Festival and was second at the 2015 Metropolitan Championship ... in August of 2015, ran at the Australian Cross Country Championships open 8,000-meters, and finished 13th.
2014-15 (At St. John's): The Big East Champion in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, winning in a time of 10:23.98 ... named to the All-Big East Outdoor Team ... qualified for NCAA East Prelims as a freshman, and finished 21st overall in the steeple in a collegiate best time of 10:10.88, a school record ... also finished sixth at the 2015 IC4A/ECAC Outdoor Championships in the steeplechase, running 10:13.29 ... broke the St. John's school record in the indoor 3,000-meters, running 9:45.55 ... had a season-best 1,500-meters of 4:31.88, third-fastest in school history ... named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team and the Big East All-Academic Team ...Β (Cross Country): In her first fall in college, was 43rd at the Big East Cross Country Championships and then placed 83rd at the NCAA Northeast Region Championships, and was the top finisher for St. John's at both championship races ... won the St. John's Hofstra Fall Festival in her first race ... seventh at the NYC Metro Cross Country Championships.
High School and Personal: Born in Adelaide, South Australia ... parents are Rosey Batt and Michael Doyle ... has two older sisters, Pia and Imogen, and one older brother, Henry ... was the runner-up at the 2014 Australian Junior Track Championships in the 3k steeplechase, running 10:27.34 ... also was sixth at the 2014 Australian Open Track Championships, running 10:33.70 in the steeple ... named the Athletics South Australia U20 Track & Field Female Athlete of the Year for 2013-14 ... awarded the Pierre De Coubertin Award by South Australian Olympic Committee in 2013 ... Bronze medal at the 2013 Australian Junior Cross Country Championships and Bronze at the 2012 Australian All Schools Track Championships in the 3,000-meters ... represented South Australia in 13 state teams as a junior in cross country and track between 2006-14.
